More that I love Dunkin Donuts coffee and morning sunlight. More than I love ice cream and all things chocolate. More than I love hot baths and a good book. More than I love Tina Turner and singing at the top of my lungs. More than I love a dry sink and freshly folded laundry all put away. More than I love tulips and Spring and flip flops. More than I love the beach and a sun tan. More than it all.
He loves me despite.
Despite my poor attitude on my worst of days. Despite my lack of patience {over everything}. Despite the fact that I think my way is the best way. Despite my negativity and disobedience and sinful nature. Despite my worries and fears and anxities and faults. Despite it all.
He loved me so much that He died for me. Literally.
I rest well in that truth.
It is beyond more than I will ever be able to comprehend this side of Heaven.
'Your unfailing love, O Lord, is as vast as the heavens;
your faithfulness reaches beyond the clouds.'
Psalm 36:5
