When I was growing up, my sister and I had Philippians 4:13 cross-stitched and framed in our rooms. It is my mama's favorite verse. As a child, when I would say..."but I can't..." My mama would quickly say, "but Philippians 4:13 says otherwise."
I have so many loved ones facing issues that are wearing them down, myself included. This song has become my prayer for each and every situation that I am praying for.
Hands of mercy, won't you cover me and my friends and family? Lord, right now, I'm asking you to be strong enough for each and every one of us.
Thank you for posting this to remind me I am not strong enough to "fix" things alone. But our Lord is. I love you
