Much like the fog that has greeted me this week on my way to work, I find myself navigating through some foggy situations. Dense foggy thoughts and heavy hearts.
The thickness blankets my heart and makes it difficult to see straight ahead.
I have friends and loved ones facing the same. Visibility is low.
We wait. For the Light to clear the fog. For the warmth to burn off the unclearness.
We wait for the One to make all things clear. We wait for Him to bring it into focus. To uncover what we can not see with our natural eyes.
We are confident that He will shine His Light into the thick, blinding fog. We are confident that He is navigating us through these times of low visibility. We hear His call, like a fog horn in the night, beckoning us to follow Him through. And so we do.
Are you facing fog in your life right now?
May you find the Light to guide you through the low visibility.
'We don’t yet see things clearly.
We’re squinting in a fog, peering through a mist.
But it won’t be long before the weather clears and the sun shines bright!
We’ll see it all then, see it all as clearly as God sees us,
knowing him directly just as he knows us!'
1 Corinthians 13:12 (MSG)
