and they're off...

CentriKid bound!

Yep.  Lots of kids and adults are making their journey to a camp that will transform lives.  Their lives, I pray.

I have been on my knees before God praying mighty prayers for our church group going to camp.  MIGHTY PRAYERS.

But most importantly, I've prayed these prayers for Victor and Tory.

I am praying that the men {translation:  my husband and step-son} in my life will meet face-to-face with Jesus this week in a real and powerful way.  I praying they will have a transforming experience and their minds will be renewed in Christ.

May lives be transformed this week, Lord..  May they drawer nearer to You, so You can draw nearer to them.  May You be revealed a real, powerful, life-changing, mighty way.  And may Your glory be revealed in a personal way to each and every one at camp.  May heart strings be tugged on and may they respond in a way that is obedient to Your call.  May eyes, ears and hearts be fixed on You.  May they begin the race set before them to win the prize.  And may they know and believe that the prize is You.  Amen.

Will you join me in praying for our group this week?

'Therefore, since we are surrounded by such a
huge crowd of witnesses to the life of faith,
let us strip off every weight that slows us down,
especially the sin that so easily trips us up.
And let us run with endurance the race God has set before us.
We do this by keeping our eyes on Jesus,
the champion who initiates and perfects our faith.'
Hebrews 12: 1-2
